Return and Refund Policy

  • We strongly recommend filming an unboxing video. This serves as vital proof in case of missing items or physical damage during transit.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.


6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Personal use or hygiene products
