At Zenvoras, we are committed to delivering quality products and a reliable shopping experience. To maintain fairness and protect against misuse, our return and refund policy is strictly applicable only under specific conditions outlined below.

We accept returns only in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • You must provide valid proof of the issue (see below)

Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of the product, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.


2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To process any return or refund request, an unboxing video is mandatory.

  • The video must clearly show the package being opened from the sealed condition

  • It must capture the issue (damage, missing item, or wrong product) clearly

  • Edited or incomplete videos will not be accepted

Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to process any return or refund request.

This policy is in place to ensure transparency and to protect against fraudulent claims.


3. Return Process

If your product meets the eligibility criteria:

  1. Contact us at zenvoras.in@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery

  2. Share your order details along with the unboxing video proof

  3. Our team will review and verify your request

Once approved, we will initiate the return or replacement process.


4. Refund Process and Timing

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method

  • Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect after processing

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider


5. Replacement Policy

In most cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund for damaged or incorrect items, depending on product availability.


6. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • No unboxing video provided

  • Return request made after 7 days of delivery

  • Product is used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging

  • Change of mind or personal preference


7. Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is verified (damaged or incorrect item), we will bear the return or replacement shipping cost

  • Customers are not required to pay any additional charges for valid claims
